Our clients rely on us to manage their entire infrastructure, everything from endpoint troubleshooting, server, switch, and firewall configuration to cloud infrastructure. Many of our clients are migrating their workload to the cloud. By joining us, you will be part of a team that ensures our clients' technology meets the needs of their business.
Please note that this is not a software engineering position. However, we highly value candidates with experience in cloud infrastructure and PowerShell.
What will you do? The following could vary based on your skills and experience.
- You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining clients' endpoints, cloud infrastructure, servers, and networks by troubleshooting and maintaining them.
- You will set up, install, configure, and support endpoints and network equipment.
- Senior engineers will spend much of their time on project work, which you may assist them. You will use Senior Engineers as a mentor to help guide and mentor you.
- You will be actively involved in implementing endpoint, cloud, and network security measures.
- You will be required to participate in our on-call rotation, approximately two to three times a year.
Support is typically done remotely with the occasional visit to client sites. All work is dispatched from our Forest Hills office with access to a company vehicle.
After the initial onboarding and training period, you will work a combination of time in our office and at the client's office. You may go to one or as many as five clients within a day, depending on the project/scope of work, but you may return for multiple days until all the work is complete. You may be included in an on-site rotation and visit certain clients weekly or monthly.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with at least two years of experience in the field to senior-level. Please note that pay is based on skill and experience., * Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is required.
- Must have at least two years of hands-on technical experience in a production environment, post-graduation. New graduates are not encouraged to apply.

- Microsoft Windows Client Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office with strong experience with Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Active Directory and Entra
- Virtualization including VMware ESXi/vCenter and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Various Antivirus/EDR/EPDR applications including SentinelOne and WatchGuard/Panda
- WatchGuard VPN Client or other remote access applications
Hardware:
- Barracuda Appliances
- HP & Dell PCs, Workstations, Laptops & Tablets
- HP ProLiant Servers (all makes and models)
- HP Switches
- WatchGuard, HP or other wireless products
- Firewalls - Including WatchGuard
- APC UPSs
Bonus:
- Experience working for or with MSPs

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds.
- Employees may be required to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
Miscellaneous:
- Work week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Overtime/weekends as needed).
- Must be able to pass a series of background checks.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with proof of insurance. As an ongoing condition of employment, you must maintain a valid and current driver's license.
- Although this is considered a hybrid position, out-of-state candidates are not encouraged to apply as there is a weekly in-office requirement. This program allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week. Must live within our geographical region., * Driver's License (Required)
