Job description
The Grant & Development Manager leads the organization's fundraising and resource development efforts, with a primary focus on grant writing, donor engagement, and revenue diversification. This role ensures sustainable funding to support the agency's mission, programs, and strategic priorities. The Manager works closely with executive leadership to align funding strategies with organizational goals and measurable outcomes., Grant Development & Fundraising Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising and development strategy
- Identify, research, and pursue grant opportunities from federal, state, local, and private funders
- Write, submit, and manage high-quality grant proposals and required reports
- Primary grant writer for the agency
Donor & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with funders, donors, and community partners
- Develop donor cultivation and stewardship plans
- Support fundraising campaigns, events, and special initiatives
Grant Management & Compliance
- Track grant deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with program and finance teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain accurate records in donor and grant management systems
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze fundraising performance metrics
- Provide regular updates on funding progress, trends, and opportunities
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Communications, or related field)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in grant writing and fundraising
- Proven track record of securing grant funding
- Experience with grant management systems and donor databases
