- Lead and foster growth within a dedicated team of DevOps specialists, leveraging innovative career development frameworks.
- Develop cutting-edge automation strategies that span our entire development and deployment lifecycle, utilizing tools like CI/CD (TeamCity), Docker, and Infrastructure as Code technologies.
- Assess complex build processes and testing data to identify areas of improvement, deploying forward-thinking infrastructure solutions.
- Act as a crucial technical conduit, bridging the gap between diverse engineering teams and senior leadership to ensure cohesive and reliable software ecosystems.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tooling?, * Extensive expertise in DevOps, Build Engineering, or Site Reliability fields, with a solid technical background (6-8 years minimum).
- Strong mastery in managing complex build ecosystems such as CMake and Yocto, with proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python).
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD architecture, with proven experience in designing and deploying advanced automation solutions.
- Passionate about leadership, with a robust approach to mentoring teams, enhancing code quality, and managing high-level projects.
- Demonstrates a stable career history, showcasing loyalty and commitment to professional development.
- Residency within a comfortable commute to the Milwaukee area, embracing a hybrid work model (3 onsite, 2 remote).
