Job description
- Web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- RESTful APIs and real-time features with WebSockets
- Performant, responsive UIs that hold up at scale
- AI-powered features embedded directly into our recruitment platform
- Clean, well-reviewed code with testing and debugging baked in
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web applications?, * 5+ years with JavaScript and modern web frontends
- 3+ years with Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Comfort with Git, code reviews, and collaborative workflows
- Strong problem-solving instincts and clear communication
- A view of AI as a tool that supports good engineering, not a substitute for it
Bonus Points
- Experience deploying on Cloudflare (Workers, Wrangler, OpenNext)
- ATS integration experience (SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or similar)
- Experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Familiarity with vector databases, RAG, or AI agent patterns
- Agile/Scrum background
