Job description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role is critical for ensuring stability, security, and performance across the network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server and monitoring software, a strong understanding of Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), as well as familiarity with Microsoft InTune Autopilot for device provisioning and management., * Maintain and enhance Microsoft System Center tools, including Configuration Manager and Operations Manager.
- Monitor and maintain server Virtual Machines (VMs).
- Support the maintenance of Office 365 applications and Azure services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Automation, and more.
- Deliver support for faxing, scanning, and printing services.
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining PowerShell tasks.
- Manage Active Directory and enforce established Group Policies.
- Analyze and resolve issues using documented procedures, tools, and expertise.
- Participate in rotating holiday and session support coverage with team members (may include evenings and occasional weekends).
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Confidential information handling?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proficient in server patching using SCCM, Office 365 administration, Azure, and PowerShell.

- Actively shares expertise and knowledge with others., * Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Ability to travel as needed.
- Valid Driver's License.
