Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Developer that will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional online shopping experiences. Your expertise in e-commerce platforms, front-end and back-end development, and passion for optimizing user journeys will be critical in delivering outstanding digital storefronts. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive projects through the entire e-commerce development lifecycle, from concept and design to robust testing and successful deployment, ensuring top-notch performance and customer satisfaction., The e-commerce developer is responsible for managing Showmen's digital presence in the online reseller ecosystem by creating consumer-facing content, managing the selection of products available on various websites to protect the brand and non-online channel, performing analysis and generating actionable reporting. To build and maintain secure, high-performance, and visually appealing online stores that offer a seamless user experience, ultimately driving increased conversion rates and sales., * Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies that align with overall marketing goals, focusing on increasing online sales and customer engagement.
- Optimize product listings using SEO tools and keyword research to improve search engine rankings and visibility across platforms like WordPress and content management systems.
- Develop, manage, and enhance website content through content creation, copywriting, and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and HTML/CSS coding.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and Google Ads data to refine landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.
- Plan and execute targeted social media marketing campaigns on Facebook Advertising, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns utilizing Google AdWords and Google Ads to maximize reach and ROI while monitoring performance through analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance marketing initiatives, utilizing SQL or JavaScript where necessary for data analysis or website enhancements.
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure continuous growth in e-commerce sales.
- Maintain intelligence between e-commerce and distribution partners as well as managing sales strategy such as promotion and advertising.
- Assist in monitoring and adjusting pricing and promotions, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Manage creating new listings for new products, including product descriptions, technical specs, product features, images, videos, pricing, options and other related items.
- Improve item level data quality by implementing data audits to all categories by routinely cleaning up and removing old SKUs, organize spreadsheets when necessary
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software project management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce platforms; familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in optimizing site performance, focusing on speed, scalability, and SEO best practices
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, keyword research techniques, and SEO best practices for improving organic search rankings.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or other web development languages is preferred for website optimization tasks.
- Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for engaging visual assets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of payment gateway integrations, including PCI compliance and secure transaction handling
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, agile environment, adapting to evolving project needs
