Job description
We are working closely with the "Senior Director of PMO" of a major multi-hospital health system based in North Wales 10454 and Philadelphia, PA 19104. Our direct client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of patient access workflows and technologies for a new healthcare facility. This role will focus on defining processes and supporting the rollout of new digital and operational solutions., * Project manage the end-to-end planning and execution of patient access project initiatives
- Define and document workflows across:
- Scheduling
- Pre-authorization
- Registration
- Digital arrival, wayfinding, and payments
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate concepts into actionable processes
- Identify technology, infrastructure, and system requirements
- Drive requirements gathering, process mapping, design, and implementation activities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of project management experience in Healthcare IT
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge of patient access workflows
- Experience with EMR scheduling and registration systems
- Proven experience in process design, process engineering, and workflow mapping
- Ability to work in ambiguous, early-stage project environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital patient engagement tools
- Experience supporting new facility openings or expansions
