Part-time IT Support Technician

• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and desk phones
• Assist staff with routine software issues, password resets, and basic troubleshooting of our Electronic Medical Record system
• Maintain basic office connectivity
• Handle IT provisioning for new hires, such as setting up accounts, emails, and workstations, and manage access for departing staff.
• Ensure all devices adhere to healthcare privacy regulations
• Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets
