- Monitor system performance metrics and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and automate routine tasks.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations across all systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies in IT infrastructure, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud services to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role within an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deploying scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Java and Python.
- Familiarity with APIs for system integration and data exchange.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies, especially Agile frameworks for project management.
- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle for data storage and retrieval tasks.
- Experience working with DevOps practices to automate deployment processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
