We are looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Content Coordinator to help manage product listings, marketplace content, digital assets, SEO updates, and basic social media content across our online sales channels., This role will support ecommerce catalog updates, product content, images, videos, pricing changes, SEO improvements, and social media content.
The main focus of this position is keeping product listings accurate, updated, and optimized across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Ace Hardware, ReadyAmerica.com, and other online retailers.
This position will also help with short-form videos, product education posts, seasonal content, and simple social media support for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn., * Update product listings across ecommerce platforms, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, videos, pricing, and item details.
- Assist with new item setup, catalog cleanup, listing maintenance, and product content updates.
- Review product pages for missing images, incorrect pricing, outdated content, poor SEO, or inaccurate product details.
- Write and edit product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and customer-facing product copy.
- Support SEO improvements by using relevant keywords, clear product information, and platform-specific content best practices.
- Upload and organize product images, videos, and other digital assets.
- Use Excel to manage SKU lists, product data, pricing files, content trackers, and marketplace update sheets.
- Track tasks and project updates using Microsoft Planner or similar tools.
- Help create and schedule basic social media content, including product posts, preparedness tips, seasonal safety content, and short-form videos.
- Assist with simple product photography, video clips, and content ideas that support ecommerce listings and social media.
- Communicate with internal teams and retail contacts when needed to complete content updates or resolve listing issues., This role also includes social media and video support, but the core need is someone who can help execute ecommerce content updates, catalog maintenance, SEO improvements, and digital asset management.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Product photography?, * 3+ year of ecommerce, marketplace, catalog management, product content, digital merchandising, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience updating product listings, images, videos, descriptions, pricing, or item details on ecommerce platforms.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Ace Hardware, Shopify, or similar ecommerce/retail portals.
- Comfortable working in retail portals, marketplace dashboards, item setup forms, and product content systems.
- Strong Excel skills, including working with SKU lists, product data, pricing files, content trackers, and bulk update templates.
- Able to write and edit product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and simple marketing copy.
- Understanding of ecommerce SEO, keyword placement, product page optimization, and how content impacts search and conversion.
- Comfortable managing image, video, and digital asset uploads for product listings.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with item numbers, pricing, product specs, content accuracy, and retailer requirements.
- Organized and able to manage multiple platform updates, deadlines, and content tasks without constant follow-up.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Trello, Asana, Monday, or similar systems.
- Comfortable supporting social media content, short-form product videos, basic posts, and simple content scheduling.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has real experience working with ecommerce product listings and understands the importance of accurate, organized, and optimized product content.
This person should be comfortable updating catalog information, organizing spreadsheets, uploading images and videos, reviewing product pages for errors, and keeping projects moving across multiple platforms.
They should be able to learn our products and systems quickly, then help improve the quality and consistency of our listings across major online retail channels.
