Agile Project Manager

• Requirements & User Stories: Gather business needs to develop clear user needs, acceptance criteria, and system documentation.
• Backlog & SDLC Management: Partner with technical teams to prioritize the backlog, track requirements, and manage projects from kickoff to launch.
• Analytics & Reporting: Design data visualizations, reports, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track team progress and system metrics.
• Process Optimization: Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Knowledge Management: Create, update, and organize team repositories, process flowcharts, and product documentation.

Do you have experience in Wiki systems?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 6+ years of experience analyzing technical specs, business requirements, and system functionality.

• Mastery of Jira, Confluence, and DevOps for project configuration and management.
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in standard enterprise software and document management systems.
• Flexibility to work extended or weekend hours when critical project deadlines require it.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a law firm or corporate professional services environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
