We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who combines creative vision with user-centered thinking to craft digital experiences that drive results for our financial advisor clients and internal teams. As part of our Creative Services team, you'll collaborate with copywriters, web developers, and account managers to create websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital experiences that are both visually compelling and strategically effective. - Transform ideas into engaging digital experiences through thoughtful design and user-centered problem solving
- Design websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media ads, and other digital marketing assets
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop intuitive user interfaces that improve usability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion
- Apply UX and UI best practices to create seamless, user-friendly experiences
- Conduct research, gather requirements, and incorporate user feedback into design solutions
- Partner with account managers to translate project goals into impactful creative solutions
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently
- Participate in advisor discovery meetings, creative onboarding sessions, and design reviews
- Support advisors by answering website-related questions and helping resolve design issues
- Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives
- Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, emerging technologies, and UX best practices
Requirements
Do you have experience in User flows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of UX/UI, web design, or digital design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual design excellence, UX thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and user interface designs
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Webflow
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Agency, advertising, or marketing industry experience
- Experience with WordPress and Dreamweaver
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or analyzing user behavior data
