Roles & Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Define and drive platform strategy, roadmap, and governance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Lead solution design across modules, with a strong focus on HRSD implementations and enhancements.

Provide architectural guidance for integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with external enterprise systems.

Establish and enforce best practices, design standards, and platform governance frameworks.

Collaborate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide strategic direction and solution alignment.

Mentor and guide junior and peer architects, fostering architectural best practices, knowledge sharing, and capability development across the team.

Ensure optimal utilization of the ServiceNow platform, minimizing technical debt and enabling long-term maintainability.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technology security practices?, We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to take end-to-end ownership of the ServiceNow platform. The role is responsible for driving the overall architectural strategy and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), with additional exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) as value-add capabilities, along with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and enterprise solution design.

Deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (mandatory).

Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) (good to have).

Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations, including REST/API-based integrations and middleware patterns.

Solid understanding of platform governance, health, security, and best practices.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at leadership levels.

Experience guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
