Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

• Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks
• Selenium Scripting: Write and execute automation scripts (Java/Python) for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Framework Development: Build scalable automation frameworks to support regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality delivery.
• Performance Testing: Contribute to performance and load testing initiatives when required.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure QA processes align with DTCC's compliance and security standards

Eligibility: Only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders (No OPTs)

Skills: Selenium, Automation Frameworks, QA Processes, * 6-8 years of QA Automation experience with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver.

• Hands-on experience in Java/Python for automation scripting.
• Strong knowledge of TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
