Job description

  • Design and integrate solutions supporting Legal Operations processes.
  • SaaS Evaluation
  • Assess SaaS platforms and vendor capabilities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • Legal Domain Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Legal Operations and Compliance processes.
  • 7-10 years experience designing enterprise technology solutions.
  • Legal Platforms
  • Experience with Matter, Contract, Spend, or Document Management.
  • SaaS Solutions
  • Extensive experience with SaaS products and vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of Middleware and integration architectures.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Strong communication and influencing skills., * Experience with Salesforce platforms and integrations.
  • ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and workflows.
  • MuleSoft
  • Experience with MuleSoft integration technologies.
  • Databases
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake.
