Job description
- Establish and standardize local reporting frameworks, transitioning legacy reporting into scalable, consistent dashboards and scorecards.
- Develop and oversee reporting across sales performance, depletion trends, margins, product mix, and key business KPIs.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and reporting platforms.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and business performance.
Customer & Account Support
- Deliver insights into customer performance, portfolio mix, and supplier opportunities to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Portfolio Managers, and leadership to support pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and growth initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives and supports key account and market strategies.
Team & Operational Support
- Lead development and adoption of business intelligence tools and Sales Operations platforms across the organization.
- Train and support team members in reporting tools, dashboards, and data-utilization best practices.
- Develop and maintain training materials to improve reporting literacy and adoption across teams.
- Support strategic planning initiatives through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
- Present reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and analytics teams to drive alignment and execution.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- 3-6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar).
- Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce), ERP platforms, and analytics tools (Alteryx, Anaplan or similar) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead initiatives, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
Physical & Schedule Expectations
- Primarily office-based role with occasional travel to facilities or meetings as needed.
- Ability to work extended hours during reporting cycles, planning periods, or major initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

4.04.0 out of 5 stars Suffern, NY 10901 $95,000 - $120,000 a year, The typical total compensation range for this role is $ 95K-120K annually. Actual compensation will vary based on a range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications.
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees receive a generous benefits package and may qualify for a discretionary bonus.
