Job description
We are seeking an AI DevOps Engineer who will design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines and runtime infrastructure supporting MCP services, agent-based systems, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI workloads. The role combines DevOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift, observability, and secure deployment practices., Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications, MCP services, agents, and RAG pipelines
Use GitHub Actions, Harness, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
Author and maintain Kubernetes/OpenShift YAML files
Automate build, test, regression, and deployment workflows
Create reusable pipeline templates and self-service deployment blueprints
Drive GitOps and pipeline-as-code adoption
Manage OpenShift environments across Dev, UAT, and Prod
Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault
Design load balancing, Ingress/Egress controls, and OpenShift Routes
Define Kubernetes Network Policies
Embed security controls, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement into pipelines
Integrate automated testing frameworks such as Playwright.

Benefits & conditions
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York City is $110k - $1115k/year & benefits (see below)., * A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
