Job description

  • Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
  • Architect and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Review existing systems and recommend architecture and scalability improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership to offshore and distributed engineering teams.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered applications using modern GenAI frameworks.
  • Drive AI/ML best practices, coding standards, and design reviews.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps.
  • Mentor engineers and guide AI solution implementation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience.
  • Strong expertise with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
  • Experience building RAG solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Experience with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
  • Expertise with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, or Qdrant.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and MLOps.
  • Strong architecture, scalability, and performance optimization experience., * Healthcare or Insurance domain experience.
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Watsonx.
  • Experience leading offshore development teams.
  • Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Model Evaluation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
