About Olive Tree Consulting Olive Tree Consulting is a focused advisory practice that helps leadership teams manage work more clearly. We concentrate on the space between high-level strategy and daily execution, where management habits often become heavier than they need to be. Our work is practical and observant. We help teams fix decisions that keep reopening, priorities that do not move, and meetings that produce discussion but not enough movement. We are a remote-first firm built on the idea that good advisory work should make things plainer. We prefer useful notes over polished presentations and clear ownership over vague alignment. Rather than large transformation programmes, we offer small, practical changes that leave behind language and records the team can keep using. Our aim is to create a quieter management pattern that stays close to actual work. In This Role You will play a central part in configuring CMS templates and keeping content schemas organized so that complex operational records remain legible for our clients.
- Configuring custom fields, sections, and page templates within Webflow and WordPress to match our system design layouts.
- Building and testing structural page layouts, ensuring content is organized logically and loads quickly.
- Managing taxonomy, categories, and tags to keep internal knowledge bases structured and easy to search.
- Drafting clear, step-by-step documentation workflows for authors and editors who use our content systems.
- Performing regular content quality checks to find and fix broken links, formatting issues, or structural errors.
- Collaborating with advisory teams to turn complex operational guides into clean, readable digital layouts.
- Updating and maintaining our internal issue log for website and CMS bugs, tracking fixes to closure.
Requirements
We are seeking someone who is organized, enjoys building structured digital spaces, and has standard technical foundations.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, specifically Webflow or WordPress, and an interest in learning headless tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how web pages are structured.
- An eye for layout and page organization.
- Comfortable using collaborative tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, or Jira to track tasks.
- A habit of writing things down and keeping accurate records of your development steps.
- Eager to learn about content architecture, metadata, and user experience.
- A preference for simple, practical solutions over overly complicated configurations.
Benefits & conditions
What The Role Offers We believe in setting up our junior team members for sustainable growth without unnecessary stress.
- A quiet management pattern that allows you to focus on building practical work.
- Fully remote working environment with structured, predictable hours.
- Direct mentorship from our Lead Systems Architect.
- A team culture that values plain communication and realistic workloads.
- Useful, hands-on experience building systems that real operational teams use daily.
We believe that management tools should serve the work, not the other way around. By focusing on plain digital structures and reliable content patterns, we help our clients maintain a lighter, more useful daily routine. If you prefer building unambiguous systems that make work simpler, you will find a natural home here.
