Lead Software Architect (Embedded Linux)

• Define and drive the software architecture across complex, multi-layered systems
• Lead and coordinate development activities across internal teams and external partners
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and a high-quality user experience
• Oversee integration across Embedded software, DSP, hardware, streaming platforms, apps, and cloud services
• Guide technical decision-making and validate architectural choices through to industrialisation
• Establish robust development practices, including CI/CD and validation processes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, acoustics, product, industrialization)

• 10+ years of experience in Embedded software engineering
• Strong background in multimedia systems
• Deep expertise in Embedded Linux and Real Time architectures
• Proven ability to design end-to-end platforms across hardware and software layers
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
