Job description
- Operation, administration and further development of Microsoft 365 collaboration services with a focus on Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Implementation of governance, security and lifecycle concepts including permissions, provisioning and compliance requirements
- Support with rollouts, migrations and the introduction of new M365 features
- Collaboration with security, compliance and data protection teams
- Support of 2nd-/3rd-level support including documentation and enablement
- Monitoring of stability, performance and developments within the Microsoft roadmap
- Further development of automations, self-service solutions as well as collaboration with external providers and suppliers
Requirements
- Completed IT training or degree in computer science or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services like Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience in 2nd/3rd-level support and incident management., * Completed IT training EFZ or degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable
- Several years of experience in engineering and operation of Microsoft Teams in enterprise environments
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration services such as Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Experience with M365 migrations, governance, security and lifecycle topics
- Experience in 2nd-/3rd-level support as well as incident and problem management
- Knowledge of PowerShell is an advantage as well as a structured and analytical way of working
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-700), ITIL Foundation or willingness to further education
