Job description
We are looking for a UX Designer (f/m/d*) who enjoys crafting intuitive experiences and thinking from the players' perspective. In this role, you will help shape how players interact with our mobile games by turning gameplay mechanics into clear and enjoyable user experiences.
Work closely with Game Designers, Artists, Developers, and Product teams to support the creation of features that are easy to understand and satisfying to use. You will explore solutions to UX challenges, iterate on ideas with feedback and data, and help ensure our games remain intuitive and engaging for players.

Tasks
Your tasks
- Design intuitive UX flows that help players easily understand and navigate game features
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that translate gameplay ideas into clear interactions
- Break down design challenges and contribute solutions within the product goals of the team
- Spot usability issues and help improve how players interact with game systems and features
- Iterate on designs using feedback from teammates, usability testing, and player insights
- Share your ideas and design thinking clearly with designers, developers, and product teams
- Support strong UX practices and keep the player experience at the centre of design decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in UX design (preferably Mobile UX) through work, internships, projects, or a strong portfolio
- Interest in or experience with games or F2P products
- Ability to structure complex systems into clear and intuitive experiences, especially for mobile
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Curiosity about UX design and motivation to continuously improve your craft
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain design decisions to different team members
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn through iteration
- Passion for games and interest in understanding what makes player experiences work well
