Requirements
with the team to understand requirements, propose solutions, and support technical design. * Perform troubleshooting, testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability. * Participate in code reviews and help improve development standards. * Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends related to Industry 4.0 and digitalization. Required Skills * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript or LUA. * Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). * Understanding of software development tools and methodologies (Git, Agile/Scrum). * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and eagerness to learn. * Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for experimentation with new technologies. Soft Skills * Professional proficiency in English. * Strong collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Clear and structured verbal and written communication. * Positive mindset and willingness to grow in a supportive environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) * Interest in digitalization, IT/OT systems, or Industry 4.0. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or integration technologies. * Interest in UX/UI design or font-end frameworks. * Experience with industrial data and digitalization platforms such as Aspentech Inmation, AVEVA PI, Ignition, CopaData Zenon, or Siemens Industrial Edge. * Familiarity with industrial automation concepts (PLC logic, OPC UA, SCADA, historians). * Experience with time-series data analysis. * Experience or interest in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
