Languages: Fluent English required - French is a plus Reports to: Head of Growth & Data About the role We're looking for a Growth Data Analyst to bring clarity and direction to our growth strategy through data. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and business - helping us understand what drives performance, where friction exists, and how we can scale more efficiently. You'll be responsible for building dashboards, tracking key KPIs across acquisition and retention, and providing actionable insights to the Paid, CRM and CRO teams. Key Responsabilities Design and maintain dashboards to monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR and user behavior. Analyze paid media performance and h elp allocate budgets based on data. Support the experimentation process with hypothesis validation and results reporting. Build cohort analyses, funnel visualizations and audience breakdowns. Help develope our Lead Score strategy Help establish frameworks for attribution, incrementality and lifecycle tracking. Turn raw data into clear, concise insights to support decision-making across Growth. What we're looking for 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally in a growth or marketing context. Proficiency with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, Google Sheets and SQL. Strong understanding of growth metrics : CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel performance, churn. Analytical and structured thinker with the ability to simplify complex findings. Experience working with marketing or ecommerce data pipelines is a plus. Understanding of customer behavior and funnel logic. Fluent in English - both spoken and written. French is a strong plus (not mandatory). Why Join Us?
