Security & Compliance: * Configure and monitor logs using Event Viewer and log-analysis utilities. * Apply security hardening, baseline templates, and compliance standards. * Support audit requirements and vulnerability remediation. Quality Assurance Support: * Monitor system operations, resource utilization, and application performance. * Troubleshoot OS, AD, application, and infrastructure issues proactively. Troubleshooting: * Analyze Windows logs, security logs, and application event logs to resolve performance and service issues. What You'll Need… * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. * Relevant Microsoft Certifications such as: o MCSA/MCSE (Windows Server) o Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate * 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Windows System Administrator. * Strong expertise with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, WSUS, and

Requirements

Windows services. * Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, or similar virtualization platforms. * Understanding of Windows security hardening, patching, and baseline deployments. * Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is mandatory. * Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is a plus. * Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. * Experience working with international teams. * Willingness to work in shifts and a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
