From forecasting and pricing optimisation to anomaly detection and information extraction, you will design and develop machine learning and generative AI systems that solve meaningful business problems. You will write production-ready Python code, experiment with foundation models using AWS services, and collaborate closely with colleagues across teams in a supportive environment where curiosity and learning are valued as much as output.Responsibilities include but not limited to:* Discovery and design: collaborate with colleagues across teams to understand challenges and design practical, well-fitted AI/ML solutions.* Build AI/ML solutions: prototype and develop machine learning and generative AI systems in areas like forecasting, pricing optimisation, anomaly detection, and information extraction.* Experiment with models and infrastructure: work with algorithms, structured data modelling, and foundation models using AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, and S3.* Write production-ready code: deliver clear, maintainable Python code that can evolve into production solutions, and work alongside software engineers when solutions are taken toward deployment.* Collaborate and contribute: partner with experienced colleagues in an open environment where diverse perspectives matter, share good practices in AI/ML, and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.* Promote responsible AI: help establish and follow best practices for the responsible and ethical use of AI across the
