AI Engineer

• Build strict public sector hardening: authentication, role based access control (RBAC), observability, security, and cost controls.
• Embed evaluation and regression testing into the release cycle to measure model logic and agent behaviour.
• Own data flows, APIs, model serving, Front End applications, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Own the agentic harness layer, evaluation frameworks, control plane behaviour, and tool integration.

• Strong Python skills plus fluency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Front End delivery, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in Back End services, APIs, full stack delivery, data pipelines, model serving, or agentic orchestration.
• Solid engineering judgement for enterprise hardening, including auth, RBAC, security, and regression testing for machine learning workflows.
• Minimum 3 years of stakeholder facing delivery, moving workflow systems past the proof of concept stage.
• Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or related field.
• Must be a British Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public sector, government, civic tech, or defence workflows.
• Experience with tool using systems, retrieval pipelines, or agent orchestration.
• Background building expert facing interfaces or decision support systems.
• Familiarity packaging desktop applications for Windows heavy environments.
