*5-7 years of development experience

*Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the DOM

*Strong experience in developing standards compliant, CSS based layouts

*Excellent knowledge of JavaScript/UI libraries and their use in implementing AJAX solutions

*Strong experience with Dojo is a huge plus

*Previous experience working on an eCommerce platform is a huge plus

*Previous experience working in the retail industry or on retail-specific projects is a huge plus

*Familiarity with WCS is a plus

*Strong communication skills

*Ability to ramp up immediately and thrive with minimal supervision

*Experience working in distributed teams and offshore environments; flexibility for early-morning calls and meetings
