ServiceNow Integration Engineer

• Lead the strategic architecture and deployment of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules to expand enterprise platform capabilities.
• Design and maintain complex third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and transform maps.
• Optimize CMDB health by managing Discovery, Service Mapping, and data deduplication processes.
• Orchestrate platform-wide automation and workflow logic using Flow Designer, subflows, and custom Scripted REST APIs.
• Direct technical migrations from legacy Service Portal to Employee Center and implement advanced AI features.
• Manage ServiceNow platform stability through routine upgrades, patch assessments, and security governance.
• Develop technical roadmaps and standardized procedures to improve platform maturity in an evolving environment.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform administration, development, and integration engineering.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript for developing Business Rules, Script Includes, and advanced Client Scripts.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configurations for complex system connectivity.
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and automating cross-functional business workflows.
• Experience in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) standards and managing platform security via ACLs.
• Excellent communication skills for acting as a strategic Subject Matter Expert and Product Owner for stakeholders.
