Job description
This is a senior-level, enterprise-facing performance and capacity planning role within a large-scale z/OS environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep systems-level understanding of mainframe performance tuning, workload management, and capacity forecasting in high-demand production environments, You will work closely with systems programming, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure stability, scalability, and forward-looking capacity planning, s * Evaluate and implement Workload Manager (WLM) policy change
s * Interpret RMF Monitor data and system metric
s * Utilize OMEGAMON and other diagnostic tools (including Freeze Frame
) * Develop and maintain performance reporting using MICS and MX
G * Write and maintain SAS programs for performance data analysi
Requirements

g * Proven experience in mainframe capacity plannin
g * Deep understanding of CPU and I/O analysi
s * Advanced SAS programming skills (required
) * Experience with MICS and MXG reporting tool
s * RMF Monitor and OMEGAMON expertis
