Job description
We are seeking an IT Help Desk / Technical Support professional with strong customer service skills and foundational technical support experience to assist users in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Fundamental computer literacy and basic troubleshooting experience
Strong customer service background with excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues including password resets, software installation, and basic network connectivity
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, with basic macOS and cloud knowledge preferred
Experience supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices including iPads, iPhones, Windows devices, and mobile printers
Experience installing and supporting mobile applications
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk for creating, updating, and closing support requests
Ability to use remote support tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop (RDP)
Soft Skills
Strong customer service mindset with patience and empathy when supporting end users
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of issues
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly manner
Comfortable working independently and learning new systems quickly
