Technical Lead - Java/TypeScript/AWS

• Required Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software development with at least 2+ years as a Technical Lead (ideally 10+ years total and 5+ years as a lead).
• Technical Leadership: Drive architectural design, translate product direction into actionable tasks, and guide daily technical decision-making.
• Hands-On Engineering: Remain deeply hands-on by contributing to design, implementation, and code reviews to lead by example.
• Mentorship & Culture: Coach and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and high engineering standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Delivery Managers, Product, and architects to align technical sequences, mitigate risks, and support org-wide initiatives.
• Full-Stack Development: Strong backend skills (Java, Springboot, Node.js, Python, TypeScript) paired with frontend experience (Angular/React, JS/TS, CSS, Jest).
• Cloud & AWS Proficiency: Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem, including CloudFront, S3, ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub preference), Docker, Splunk, and shell scripting across Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Data & Security: Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, caching (Redis), data modeling, and authentication/authorization protocols (Auth0, OIDC, Active Directory).
• AI & Modern Tooling: Comfort leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve productivity, with a preference for candidates familiar with observability and data tools like Grafana, Honeycomb, and AWS Glue.
