Cable Technicians/Data Center Technicians - $20-30/hr

• Pull, route, label and terminate cable (fiber optic experience a plus)

• Install and terminate low voltage and fiber optic cable

• Install cable racks, j-hooks, inner duct, and other related structures

• Install servers, switches, PDUs into server racks according to specifications

• Install ladder racks, networking equipment and telephone equipment

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of cabling

• Ensure job site is clean at the end of shift

• Work in a quick and efficient manner

• Follow safety and security procedures

Do you have experience in Safety equipment?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Candidates will have experience with telecommunication cabling infrastructure, installation, troubleshooting, testing

• Preferred candidates will have experience in data center environments

• Experience installing and dressing cables

• Knowledge of industry standard cable specs

• Must be able to lift 50lbs+

• Must have basic hand tools

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of experience installing network cabling

• Ability to follow blueprints/schematics

• Ability to take direction from management and keep tasks within timeline

• Own basic hand tools and safety gear required

• Experience with fiber pulling and terminating preferred

• Work on ladders/lifts as needed

$20 - $30 an hour - Temporary, Full-time, Contract
