IT Field Service Engineer (Level II MSP Experience Required) in New York

Help us design, implement, and scale intelligent solutions that empower businesses to automate processes, uncover insights, and accelerate growth. You will work with cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and custom machine learning models to turn data into meaningful business outcomes., * Deliver on-site and remote IT support for clients across the NJ/NY Metro area.

• Implement and troubleshoot advanced technologies in networking, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Configure systems and network architecture for new and existing clients.
• Install and support multi-vendor hardware: Servers, SAN, LAN, WAN, VPN.
• Monitor Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
• Provide exceptional client service and document all work clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate on AI-driven projects that enhance automation and efficiency.

• 5+ years of IT support experience (MSP background required).
• Strong technical skills in:

• Active Directory, Group Policy
• Microsoft Azure, Intune (Android/iOS)
• VMWare / Hyper-V, LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewalls
• Windows Server OS (install, troubleshoot, maintain)
• Mac OS (must-have)

• Bonus: Basic Linux knowledge and any AI/automation experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for travel in NY Metro.
• Industry certifications are a big plus!
