Job description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role focuses on building scalable AI models, analyzing large datasets, and optimizing algorithms to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure AI systems align with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate machine learning processes and select appropriate models based on business needs
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to train and optimize AI models
  • Develop, test, and deploy AI algorithms and systems in production environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and support business objectives
  • Validate and monitor model performance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
  • Manage data pipelines and AI infrastructure to support ongoing development
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and continuously improve existing systems

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, * Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment
  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
