Lead full lifecycle data analysis including requirements, design, development, testing, and validation of analytics solutions
Build and maintain databases and data systems supporting quality, infection prevention, and healthcare reporting
Develop, manage, and optimize complex SQL queries across large-scale databases (OLTP, OLAP, MPP systems)
Ensure data integrity across system interfaces and resolve data quality issues
Support healthcare reporting systems and maintain analytics platforms used for internal and external reporting
Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders, including executive leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve data collection and reporting processes
Provide technical guidance to other analysts and support multiple concurrent projects
Work with large healthcare datasets and business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field (Master's preferred)
Extensive experience in SQL programming and complex query development (advanced level required)
Strong experience with large-scale databases and data warehousing environments
Background in healthcare IT and healthcare data systems preferred
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop ecosystem) advantageous
