Network Operations Center Technician

• Monitor network management systems and coordinate with telecom providers to drive restoration efforts.
• Track and maintain accurate incident records within incident management tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, systems, and connectivity issues while escalating when necessary.
• Support high-availability IP networks, messaging systems, and air-to-ground communications platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, and other network infrastructure.
• Participate in network deployment, configuration, maintenance, and process improvement initiatives.

• Associate Degree (AA/AS) or equivalent post-secondary technical training with 1-2 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Network+ Certification (Required)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and network infrastructure concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting Cisco networking devices.
• Experience supporting HSRP and BGP routing protocols.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts and best practices.
• CCNA Certification (Preferred)
• Experience with Remedy, Netcool, Microsoft Office 365, and ServiceNow (Preferred)
