We are looking for a Scrum Master - Analytics & AI Delivery to lead high-performing cross-functional teams, drive Agile excellence, and help deliver innovative data-driven solutions that create real business impact.

? Lead Agile teams through complex Analytics & AI initiatives
? Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
? Remove impediments and proactively manage risks
? Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability
? Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and AI teams
? Align business objectives with technical execution
Requirements
? 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Delivery experience
? Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management
? Experience supporting Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI teams preferred
? Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
? Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus, * Thinks like an owner and acts like a leader
