Senior Developer

Application Design & Development

• Analyze business and functional requirements to define effective design strategies
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications aligned with organizational standards
• Translate concepts into technical designs, coding parameters, and functional solutions
• Develop and deploy code using modern tools, automation frameworks, and testing platforms

Technical Delivery & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement cost-effective, efficient solutions
• Integrate software components into existing enterprise systems, ensuring performance and compatibility
• Install, configure, and validate software components and system functionality
• Participate in system evaluations, providing insights on cost, compatibility, and scalability

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Follow industry best practices, coding standards, and SDLC methodologies
• Troubleshoot issues across testing cycles and ensure continuous quality improvement
• Contribute to process standardization and performance monitoring frameworks
• Document all phases of development to support maintenance and future enhancements

Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members
• Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Assist in driving technical excellence and delivery consistency

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development within corporate environments
• Strong experience in design, coding, and deployment of enterprise applications
• Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and programming principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in .NET / C# and web-based application development
• Experience with automation tools (RPA, test automation)
• Familiarity with Microsoft IIS, Linux, Unix, Apache environments
• Knowledge of enterprise integration, databases, and system architecture
• Experience working with Azure DevOps / Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar tools
