Preferred Background * Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. * Certifications such as Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, CCNA/CCNP, or cloud certifications. * 5+ years hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks in an operational role. * Strong knowledge of network security fundamentals (firewalls, IPSEC, VPNs, routing basics). * Experience in operational/incident-driven environments. Nice-to-Have Skills * Cloud networking and security: AWS, Azure, GCP. * Zscaler, Infoblox DNS/DHCP. * Automation/IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Python scripting, UIPath. * Experience with NIPS, proxies, or cloud security tools. Soft Skills * Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability. * Clear communication and teamwork. * Ownership mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Commitment to continuous learning.
