You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements (merchandising, checkout, inventory) and cloud-native technical solutions. You will own the architectural roadmap for our commerce platform, ensuring high availability, security (PCI-DSS), and performance during peak traffic events.### Key Responsibilities:* Architectural Strategy: Design and maintain a cloud-native architecture using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EKS, CloudFront) to support high-volume transaction processing.* Commerce Integration: Lead the architectural design for integrating our commerce engine with third-party systems, including ERPs, PIMs, OMS (Order Management), and Payment Gateways (Stripe/Adyen/PayPal).* Performance & Scalability: Architect solutions for "bursty" traffic (e.g., product drops, holiday sales), utilizing auto-scaling, caching strategies (Redis/ElastiCache), and CDNs.* Security & Compliance: Ensure all architecture complies with PCI-DSS standards, GDPR/CCPA, and general

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) preferred.* Commerce Domain: Proven experience building or maintaining large-scale e-commerce platforms (e.g., commercetools, Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or custom builds).Technical Skills:* Experience with Microservices and API design (REST/GraphQL).* Strong understanding of Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).* Data &
