SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Consultant

We are now looking for anSAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant (S/4HANA HCM)to join our team and support a large-scale HR digitalization project (10,000+ employees worldwide). You will be the key reference for the design and rollout ofEmployee Self-Service (ESS)andManager Self-Service (MSS)solutions onSAP S/4HANA HCM, working closely with HR, IT, Security and business stakeholders., As SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Consultant, you will be responsible for theend-to-end implementationof the self-service platform: Solution Design & Architecture Analyze business and HR requirements and designESS/MSS solutionsaligned with HR processes and policies. Define theoverall Fiori architecturefor a user base of ~10,000 employees and 1,*****,500 managers. Recommendstandard Fiori appsand identify needs forcustom developments. Designrole-based access modelsfor different user groups. SAP HCM Functional Activities Configure and integrate ESS/MSS processes such as:Leave Request & Approval Team Calendar / Team Absence Overview Manager Approvals / My Approvals Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and legal requirements. Align ESS/MSS processes with Time Management and Payroll integration. Fiori & Technical Responsibilities Configure and manage theSAP Fiori Launchpad. Deploy, activate and optimizestandard Fiori applications(ESS & MSS). ConfigureSAP GatewayandOData services. CoordinateSAPUI5 custom developmentswith technical teams. Define and managecatalogs, groups, spaces and pages. Ensureperformance and scalabilityfor high-volume usage. Security & Integration Design and implement:SAP roles,PFCG roles, authorization objects. Fiori catalogs, spaces and pagesaligned with SoD and security standards. SupportSSOand integration withIAS/IPSandActive Directory / Azure AD. Integrate ESS/MSS with:SAP S/4HANA HCM SAP Gateway PayrollandTime Managementsystems Collaborate closely withBasis and infrastructureteams. Testing, Deployment & Change Management Preparefunctional specifications,test scripts,UAT plansanddeployment plans. Executesystem integration testingandperformance testing. Supportgo-liveandhypercareactivities. Conductstakeholder workshops, createtraining materialsanduser guides. Driveuser adoptionof ESS/MSS and support change management initiatives. WHY US? Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, HRIS or a related field. 7+ yearsof experience inSAP HCM. 5+ yearsof experience inSAP Fioriimplementations. At least3 full-cycle ESS/MSS implementations. Experience inlarge environments (5,000+ employees). Proven experience inSAP S/4HANAprojects. Technical Skills Strong knowledge ofSAP HCM(PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll integration). Hands-on experience with:SAP Fiori Launchpad(catalogs, groups, spaces, pages). SAPUI5and coordination of custom developments. SAP GatewayandOData servicesconfiguration. SAP Authorization concepts,PFCG role design, authorization objects. SAP Transport Management, application lifecycle management. Integration withSAP IAS/IPS,SAP Web Dispatcher,Active Directory / Azure AD. Functional & Project Skills Deep understanding ofESS/MSS processes(leave requests, approvals, team calendar, etc.). Experience designingrole-based access modelsfor employees, managers, HR and executives. Experience intesting cycles(SIT, UAT), deployment and hypercare. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with HR, IT, Security and Basis teams. Excellent communication skills inEnglish(Spanish is a strong plus).
