Responsibilities * Proactively assist customers with Xpedition EDM Server and related tools. * Provide support via phone, electronically, or on-site to help customers meet project deadlines. * Guide customers on implementing and maintaining Xpedition EDM Server and design flow tools. * Collaborate with account teams to help struggling customers overcome challenges. * Act as a liaison between customers and Electronic Board Systems engineering, providing feedback both ways. * Participate regularly in customer meetings and conference calls (internal and external). * Develop and communicate solutions for customer issues as part of the account team. * Create knowledge base content (articles, white papers, videos) for web-based support. Requirements * System administration experience. * Broad knowledge of basic networking technology (LDAP/Active Directory, SSL, Kerberos). * Experience with performance monitoring and

virtualization. * Proficiency in low-level application troubleshooting. * Familiarity with FlexLM Licensing. * Scripting experience (Linux shell, Windows batch file, PowerShell, or similar). * Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL based data systems. * Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with the administration of PCB design tools such as Xpedition Enterprise, Cadence Allegro, Altium or similar (desirable). * Detailed knowledge of the ECAD Library development and design data management. Siemens Xpedition Enterprise EDM preferred (desirable). * Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and C# (desirable). Why us?
