Job description
As an iOS Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the international Investments app used by our Wealth clients. This app supports portfolio insights, transactions, and investment journeys, delivering a smooth and secure user experience. You will develop using Swift and SwiftUI, leveraging Swift Concurrency to create reliable and high-performing features. Working within a large team, you will help make our app secure, accessible, user-friendly, and future proof. You are involved throughout the full development lifecycle: from refinement and design to delivery and production support.
Working environment
You'll join a multidisciplinary team within the Wealth department, focusing on investments-related functionalities for our international app.
We work in accordance with Agile/Scrum principles and follow a DevOps mindset: providing teams with autonomy and purpose to continuously build, run, and improve their own software. We empower teams to come up with the best decisions themselves. You are the experts! That means you will be part of a team:
- Responsible for multiple smaller components of ABN AMRO's client-facing products, where you'll fully own, build, and maintain your scope.
- Consists of various disciplines, including iOS, Android, web, and backend developers, product owners, UX designers, quality assurance, reliability engineers, and business developers.
- With energetic and diverse members, and a mix of skill levels and experiences.
- Closely collaborating with, depending on, and supporting other teams, meaning you'll constantly meet new colleagues.
