Graduate IT Support Technician

• IT Support - Act as the first point of contact for technical queries across offices
• Hardware & Software Setup - Configure laptops, devices, and user environments
• Account Management - Assist with user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory tasks
• Cloud Services - Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms
• Infrastructure Support - Learn to support VPNs, WiFi, firewalls, and endpoint security
• Vendor Coordination - Work with external partners to resolve technical issues
• Documentation - Maintain accurate IT procedures and knowledge articles

• A degree in IT, Computing, or a related field
• Strong interest in desktop, server, and network technologies
• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud concepts
• Awareness of device management tools (Intune, Jamf) is a bonus
• Basic understanding of networking (VPNs, firewalls, switches)
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
