Job description
- Providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components
- Managing and monitoring network systems to ensure optimal performance
- Assisting with system upgrades and patches
- Maintaining accurate documentation of procedures and technical support activities
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless IT operations
- Offering training and guidance to users on IT systems and best practices
- Participating in IT projects and contributing to their successful delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
- Power Apps experience (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Azure experience
- Entra ID experience
- SharePoint experience
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and relevant software
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A keen interest in staying updated with the latest technology trends
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications preferred
