Job description
Insight Global is looking for a Power BI Data Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise data and reporting initiatives. This individual will play a key role in transforming large volumes of data into meaningful insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization., Extract, analyze, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources
Merge and transform data to create clean, structured datasets for reporting
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards
Optimize existing reports and improve data visualization performance
Document reporting logic, data sources, and processes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
Strong experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling, DAX, visualizations)
Experience working with Microsoft tools such as Excel, SQL Server, or Azure-based data tools
Proven ability to work with large data sets (data extraction, transformation, merging)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience in healthcare or working with healthcare data
Familiarity with ETL processes or data pipelines
Experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, SSRS, etc.)
Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, etc.)
Benefits & conditions
$90,000.00 to $108,000.00 per year annual salary.
