Job description

  • Architect and implement complex backend systems, APIs, and integrations to support high-traffic web platforms.
  • Solve advanced algorithmic and performance-critical problems with efficient, scalable code.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence across the development team.
  • Design and maintain robust, maintainable codebases for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to continuously improve development speed and product quality.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive websites and web applications from concept to deployment.
  • Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code (primarily JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Implement and maintain modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar) and back-end solutions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-converting interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay current with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices; proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a true Senior Developer with outstanding coding abilities who can tackle challenging technical problems across the full stack. This role demands someone who writes elite-level code, thinks architecturally, and consistently delivers results that push our digital platforms to the next level., * 7+ years of hands-on professional coding experience with a proven history of delivering complex, high-impact projects.

  • Exceptional coding skills with deep expertise in multiple programming languages and paradigms (strong JavaScript/TypeScript required; experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or Go highly valued).
  • Advanced proficiency in system design, microservices architecture, database optimization (SQL & NoSQL), and cloud-native development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of optimizing performance, reducing technical debt, and implementing elegant technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end features - from requirements and architecture through deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record as a top coder - your portfolio or GitHub should demonstrate complex, high-performance websites or applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in:
  • Modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
  • HTML5, CSS3, Sass/LESS
  • React.js / Next.js (or similar frameworks)
  • Responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, SEO best practices
  • Strong experience with headless CMS platforms, REST/GraphQL APIs, and Git version control.
  • Solid understanding of web security, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Melbourne, Florida HQ.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
