- Collaborate with Scrum teams to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot radar software solutions.
- Assist in the requirements, design, development, and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools.
- Contribute to the development of new work products or enhance existing applications and systems.
- Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions in C++ and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
- Participate in technical reviews of software components and systems.
- Follow established Agile/Scrum development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of software products.
Requirements
Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, * Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming in C++
- Experience or coursework in software development
- Strong interest in problem solving and software troubleshooting
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software development life cycle practices
- Experience or coursework in Unix/Linux operating systems
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git or similar tools)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies through coursework or internships
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to produce technical documentation
- Desire to learn new technologies, tools, and processes

The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
