The client is looking for an End User Services Support technician with a strong, proven technical background and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Our End User Services technicians are expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortable under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will not only be very technical but also have a great personality and ability to build strong relationships with our internal clients and team members. S/he must also be able to provide top tier/white-glove service for C-Level executives and VIPs.

Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems

Familiarity with common office applications (e.g., M365 apps, Adobe, Internet browsers)

Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware (e.g., laptops, monitors, routers, audio headsets)

Ability to use Remote Desktop tools (we use BeyondTrust a.k.a. Bomgar)

Clear and concise verbal communication

Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

Good writing skills for emails, tickets, and documentation

Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues

Experience with ticketing systems (we use Remedyforce but most systems are familiar)

Top Skills' Details-
Experience working with Windows and Mac Operating Systems. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate and/ or resolve accordingly.
- Experience in patch maintenance, hardware and software updates, system documentation, technical reports, support the handling of Service Desk ticket requests.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory, M365/Office 365 services and strong understanding of Windows Group Policy/MDM.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Has to be able to be onsite and work with leadership on their technical issues.
